June 2008 Dear Jon, [I’m writing in relation to] …the recent porch roof, which you organised and oversaw. We are absolutely delighted with the result, (will be even more so when we finish decorating it!) and do thank you very much. Furthermore, it was a delight to have Chris and Glen working here, they could not have been more pleasant and helpful. In addition, we are very pleased with the work Glen did to improve our cellar – time will tell whether we still have a damp problem! We have managed to decorate that and it all looks very smart. March 2008 Dear Jon, Chris & Glen, I'm so sorry to see you all go after our 7 months' project. I've heard so many tales of woe from people having to live on-site while work is being done, but I can honestly say it was always a pleasure having you guys around!! During all that time, everyone turned up on time & did what they said they would & were chipper & chirpy. How rare is that! & what I really appreciated was the intelligence & experience you all brought to the job - immediately seeing when something was not workable or looking for the way round various issues. 'We dont do problems, only solution' was the motto, and the reality! Thank you so much. Our new home is lovely & when I want that extension, I'll know who to call. Ruth Gajdowska, Ambleside
April 2007 Dear Jon, I just wanted to thank you very much for the excellent job you did, making the plans for the car park. It has been admired a lot, and the best remarks were 'it looks as if it has always been here' because it has blended in beautifully with the surrounding area. Because of your professionalism and prior knowledge, you made the design and planning process easy. I know some people worry that their applications will be rejected, but I didn't have to worry about that at all! What could have been quite stressful turned into a relatively painless few months.
